Banner will no longer accept the traditional Request for Life Insurance Form LAA1297 (paper app), effective August 1, 2024

Securian will require eApp or Drop Ticket application submissions for all Advantage Elite Select term policies of $1.5 million and below. (May 2, 2022)

John Hancock expanded face amounts – now available as low as $250,000 (previously $750,000). Note: any applications with a face amount of $749,999 or less should be submitted via the John Hancock flex complete process on iPipeline iGo.
