The core duties and responsibilities revolve around supporting others. College degree preferred but not required. A high school diploma with experience in similar role considered. Excellent communication and keyboard skills mandatory. Success is dependent on ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain service response time to insurance advisors, pay attention to details, meet deadlines, exercise creative problem solving, communicate quickly and accurately, and perform at a high level with primary emphasis on quality and timeliness.

- Organization skills and prioritization are the core elements of the responsibilities. Knowing how to keep yourself and others organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important.
- Word processing, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, general math and knowledge of office procedures are essential.
